H55 Game Terms and Conditions
for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between H55 Game ("we", "us", "the platform") and any person ("you", "player", "user") who accesses or uses the H55 Game website, mobile application or any associated gaming services.

H55 Game is an online entertainment platform providing access to casino games, sports betting markets, fish shooting games, bingo rooms and related gaming content. All services are provided for adult entertainment purposes only. The platform operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is designed for use by players located in Pakistan.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use an H55 Game account you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the person whose details you provide during registration — you may not register on behalf of another individual.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary cooling-off period on H55 Game or any associated platform.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler on any self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of a business or third party.

H55 Game reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

3. Registration and Account Management

Each player is permitted one account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited at H55 Game's discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If any of your details change, you should update them through your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. H55 Game will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Do not share your account access with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account usernames and registered email addresses cannot be changed once set. If there is a genuine need to update contact details, contact the support team directly with proof of identity.

4. Deposits

H55 Game accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own transfer limits.

Deposits are credited to your H55 Game balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa this typically takes a few minutes. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the issuing bank.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted. If a third-party payment is identified, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

H55 Game does not charge fees on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges which are outside of H55 Game's control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the account dashboard at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• There must be no active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement attached to your balance at the time of withdrawal request. If a bonus is active, you may cancel it — doing so will forfeit the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings but will release your real-money deposit balance for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name matching your account details.

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the account dashboard. VIP players at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. H55 Game does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges for receiving funds.

H55 Game reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds verification on withdrawals of significant value before processing. This is a standard measure to protect account holders and maintain platform integrity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

H55 Game offers a range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, weekly reload offers, cricket cashback during PSL and T20 seasons, free spins and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page, which supplement these general Terms.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on H55 Game unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is clearly stated on the promotion detail page.
• Eligible games for meeting wagering requirements vary by promotion. Some bonuses may restrict contribution from certain game categories — for example, live casino tables may contribute at a lower rate than slots toward a wagering requirement. Check the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply to deposit-triggered bonuses. Deposits below the stated minimum will not activate the bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, deliberate loss cycling or multi-account exploitation — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• H55 Game reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus before it is withdrawn will not be affected mid-cycle.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on H55 Game — including slots, live casino, fish shooting games, bingo and sports betting — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The rules of each individual game are governed by that game's own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. H55 Game does not control the rules of individual game titles but does ensure that all suppliers are reputable and that games operate using certified random number generators or live dealer systems as appropriate.

In sports betting, the rules governing settlement of markets — including void bets, abandoned matches and in-play bet acceptance — are set out in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving Pakistan follow standard cricket betting settlement rules.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or system malfunction during a game session, H55 Game will make reasonable efforts to verify and restore the correct game state. If restoration is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. H55 Game's decision on technical resolutions is final.

Game results and bet settlements are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 7 days of the event.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on H55 Game and will result in account suspension, permanent closure or forfeiture of balances, depending on severity:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using your details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or pricing errors in sports markets for guaranteed profit.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus abuse through collusion.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to charge back a deposit after using those funds for gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading or stolen identity documents during verification.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing H55 Game support staff or other players.

H55 Game reserves the right to investigate any account that shows unusual patterns of activity. During an investigation, withdrawals may be held pending the outcome. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, affected balances may be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

9. Account Closure

You may request to close your H55 Game account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus wagering requirement) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.

H55 Game may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if there is evidence of prohibited conduct, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time, chargebacks initiated against deposits, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, bonuses and bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at H55 Game's discretion depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who choose to self-exclude through the Responsible Gaming tools may request account closure as part of that process. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period even at the player's own request.

10. Privacy and Data

H55 Game collects and processes personal data provided during registration and during the course of account use. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and transaction history. Data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and improving the platform experience.

H55 Game does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors — including JazzCash, Easypaisa and banking partners — solely for the purpose of processing transactions on your behalf. 11. Responsible Gaming

H55 Game does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including lost profits, missed opportunities or any other losses not directly resulting from a confirmed platform error on H55 Game's systems.

13. Changes to These Terms

H55 Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
